Terms and Conditions

Pets are welcome to enter venue however pets are not allowed in the adoption area (including cat, dog, and exotic animaladoption centers) to ensure the safety and comfort of animals awaiting adoption.
For safety purposes, only dogs accompanied by their owners are permitted on the rooftop. Other pets are not allowed toaccess the rooftop under any circumstances.
Dogs must be microchipped and have received a valid rabies vaccination.
Owners must possess a vaccination card proving that their cat or dog has received a valid FVRCP vaccine.
Dogs mus be leashed at all times and supervised at all times.
For safety purposes, cats must remain in a pet carrier or pet bag at all times.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pet owners are responsible for controlling and managing their pets at all times.
In the event of any incident, the pet owner is responsible to cover all damages and medical related costs. The SPCA (HK) isnot liable for any injuries or damages.
Participants authorise the SPCA (HK) to photograph and retain images, names, voices, and appearances of participants andtheir pets for the purpose of creating photographs, audio, video, and multimedia recordings (collectively referred to as"recordings"). These recordings may be used permanently in any media for promotional, commercial, or other purposes.Participants understand and agree that the organisation will not pay any fees or compensation for the use of theserecordings.
The SPCA (HK) reserves the final decision-making regarding all aspects of the event.
