Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your support to The SPCA (HK).

Before participating in the "SPCA Kid's Charity Birthday Party," please read the following terms and conditions to ensure that all participants can take part and enjoy the event safely.

After accepting the application, the SPCA (HK) will request an immediate payment of a 50% deposit. The remaining fee must be paid 14 days before the scheduled date of the booking. No refund will be given for any changes.
Please arrive at the SPCA Jockey Club Centennial Centre (Tsing Yi Centre) on time.
Avoid wearing light up shoes in the Centre.
All dogs participating in the activity must be microchipped, registered, and vaccinated against rabies (the latest vaccination certificate must be provided).
Please keep your dog on a leash during the activity.
If the area is soiled, the owner is responsible for cleaning it up.
If you require any special arrangement or have a particular request, please notify our staff and make arrangement before the activity.
Please follow the instructions of our staff throughout the activity.
Photographs will be taken during the activity. The SPCA retains the right to use these pictures for appropriate promotions.
If Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, 9, 10, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force within two hours prior to the start of the booking period, the event will be rescheduled. The parents can reschedule the event within three months from the original date, subject to availability and confirmation by the SPCA. No refund will be provided.
The SPCA (HK) reserves the rights on final decision and interpretation of the above remarks.
